Affiliate disclosure
How we make money, plainly.
Fragrance Hunter is free to use. Some of the links on this site and in our app are affiliate links: if you click one and buy, the retailer pays us a small commission, at no extra cost to you. That’s how we keep the lights on.
Why it doesn’t bias our recommendations
We designed it so it can’t. Our rankings are based on cited scent accords and how close a dupe actually smells to the original, not on who pays us. In most cases we earn a commission whichever alternative you choose, so we have no reason to steer you toward one over another. When a placement is sponsored, we label it clearly as sponsored.
What we won’t do
- Invent or exaggerate a scent profile to make a sale.
- Claim a dupe is “identical”, a dupe is an alternative, not the same formula.
- Hide the genuine original: if it’s available to buy, we show it too.
As a member of several retailer affiliate programs, we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases. Prices shown are indicative, set by the retailer, and can change. Questions? Get in touch.
